Patty Knaggs is a wonderful realtor to work with. I have had the pleasure of being both a buyer and seller. As a first time buyer I found Patty to be extremely understanding and patient. She was quick to grasp my vision for my future home and then showed us homes with the potential to grow into my  vision. I am still in this home and so very grateful for the opportunity to continually grow my vision eight years later. As a seller I could not be more pleased. My commercial property was listed for six days before I received an offers accepted. Patty is a skillful negotiator and worked to make sure my best interests were represented. After the acceptance Patty went above and beyond to meet the buyers, accommodate their requests above and beyond the agreed upon conditions, and even travel to meet the person from whom I purchased the property to clear up a concern from the buyer. I have never met a more dedicated real estate agent. She personifies professionalism in every definition of the word. After a few months of looking, we had a relatively long short sale process, and Heather was always on her game and made everything as painless as possible. If you know how short sales are, it helps to have a person with Heather’s demeanor around. She did a ridiculous amount of legwork for us as well arranging everything with no fuss and even popping in for our contractor quotes when we couldn’t make it. If anecdote is any help, I have a pair of friends who also bought a house through Heather, and they loved her too –nice place in Salem with it’s own share of hang ups and complications that Heather handled wonderfully! If I hear anyone is looking, I'm immediately steering them to Heather, with extreme haste! Great realtor.

Patty is professional and knowledgeable

There could not be a more professional and knowledgeable agent in the Gloucester area than Patty Knaggs.  When we first met Patty, she outlined just what she would do for our family.  She did it all and a lot more!  We were "out of the area" sellers that spent very little time at the property.   Patty's help included finding great workman, supervising workman, setting up the "staging" of the property, meeting with home inspectors, and of course several "open houses".  She spent our money carefully and judiciously.  Patty setup our Facebook presentation and a spectacular "on line video" presentation.  Once the property was sold, she was with us every step of the way.  She made the closing very easy and made sure that there were no complications.  She just is the best!

Heather was wonderful! She went above and beyond making sure everything was in order for me to sell and buy at the same time. She is very thorough and goes out of her way to make sure everything worked out! She also was able to talk me off the ledge a few times. I would recommend her for all your real estate needs.
